Standing straight – Tadasana
This exercise improves your posture.

Stand straight, with closed legs, and place your bodyweight evenly on your soles.
Stretch your thigh muscles, and then pull up your kneecaps. Rise your breastbone, roll your shoulders backwards, and stretch upwards with the top of your head and your backbone.
This is the standing straight position, Tadasana.
