In this article, you can read an excerpt of Ágnes Csányi’s radio interview with Dr Sándor Kmeth, who had first talked about the topic during the first wave of the virus, especially that more and more information are revealed about it.
You can listen to the whole programme here.
Sándor: This is an enveloped type of flu virus that spreads in the air, and it cannot really stick down. It infects its environment extremely quickly and aggressively, so it needs much attention to be able to handle it.
Ágnes: So this is exactly why we always here from every possible source that we have to wash our hands and wear masks.
Sándor: Personal protection is inevitable, but washing hands, wearing masks, sterilisation, regular ventilation and keeping distance are only some basic things that we can do. What everyone must do is proper food intake, getting essential nutrition like vitamin C and D, 3000 dose a day, like it or not!
Ágnes: I also take these essential vitamins, but I also experience enhanced hunger levels, but we should forget human vanity it’s better to put on some weight, isn’t it?
Well, even if we don’t gain weight, we should still take these vitamins and try to compensate the extra effects they may cause with drinking much water.
At the beginning of the first virus wave, everyone treated this illness as pneumonia, so if nothing else helped, they turned to pulmonary ventilator machines. This first approach was not right, unfortunately, as this virus does not cause pneumonia but attacks the endothelium in the veins. It makes them vulnerable, so for example, they easily crack or get injured in case of a change of blood pressure. Where endothelium is hurt, blood also clots; a small wound and then a thrombus is formed, which, if coming off, goes on in the body and closes the capillaries and makes the inner vein diameters scab. This is why veins are getting narrower, especially in case of the capillaries, and this is the reason behind the lung problems as well: these organs are almost only made up of capillaries because of the gas exchange. But the heart, the nervous system are all sensitive to this.
So in short, it makes the body older, and in fact, very quickly! If possible, let’s try to avoid it, but if it is not that easy, let’s see what you can do.
Á: A growing number of young people are also undergoing the pandemic, they experience the loss of tasting and the other symptoms. With more or less success, they get through it, but it is for sure that more are exposed to the virus. What can we do?
S: Because of the deterioration of the capillary circulation, the tissue of organs, the heart, the lungs and the nerve system are the most sensitive. So after a while, the disorder of blood supply, functional inability and problems with the memory, blood circulation, breathing, and gas exchange cause rapid decline, unfortunately.
But how can we get protection from? We have already mentioned individual means of defence, but beside washing the hands, it is also essential to clean the face with soap, just like sterilising the air; orange, cinnamon, clove are all helpful, and provide ventilation whenever possible. Also, if you cannot apply these methods, just take an onion, chop it into tiny pieces, and put them on a plate for the whole night or even day. This makes the air clean – do not mind its smell this time!
But what happens, if we catch the flu? The “onion method” works in this case as well.
Á: You’d better not confuse it for garlic: it is usually used against vampires!
S: Well, exactly, onion serves to clean the air; however, in terms of nourishment, garlic does play a crucial role. You should put it into alcohol, leave it there for a few days, and then slurp this liquid two or even three times a day – one small spoonful will be just enough. It has a beneficial antibiotic effect once getting inside the blood, and it is not only an enemy of bacteria but also viruses.
Á: So how should we make this mixture?
S: We just put half or a whole kilogramme of garlic into the press and wait until it becomes pulpy and lumpy. After that, put it into half a litre of alcohol, this is what we drink regularly. But you do not have to wait days, it is all right to slurp it the next day. Palinka also perfectly serves this beneficiary cause: I think garlic palinka will be the new wave of trend! By the way, you can put the small spoonful portion into water, too. Dosages depend on whether we stay at home all day long, alone (in this case, one portion a day is enough), but if we regularly go among people, more are needed.
The next important thing is hemodilution. Since the virus attacks the vein endothelium, it makes the veins narrow and inflexible, which, as a result, react negatively to the change of blood pressure – they just crack in the inside. A wound occurs on the thin cell layer, then a scar, which then leads to having a thrombus. If it is left there, it closes other parts of the veins. We can avoid it in two ways. Certain blood thinners are injected into the abdominal wall, such as Clexan, but there are other types, too, with a certain dosage based on weight and age. If used regularly, it has a 2-week lasting effect and can be used from the moment we are informed that we have the virus. Another option is Aspirin; in this case, you have to pay a very big attention not to overdose it because its regular use can cause stomach problems or gastric haemorrhage for those who are sensitive to it.
Á: So what dose and type of Aspirin is worth taking?
S: Aspirin Protect or effervescent tablets that dissolve in water can also be effective, so injection is not necessarily needed, but if we have already caught the virus and we have severe symptoms, it also makes good use. It can only be prescribed by doctors, who can also help finding the right option and telling his or her opinion. Drinking much lemon tea also raises the C vitamin level in the body and enhances our transforming force ability.
Vascular expansion is also an important topic; there are two ways for it. One is available for everybody: it is rosemary, which is a great source of tea, essential oil, which we can drip into water and drink it, and it can also be put into red wine and have a decilitre every day.
Á: So the most natural herb for vascular expansion is rosemary.
S: Definitely! If we have the opportunity, the so-called magnetic bed, the Behmer bed can also serve as capillary expender tools. It is also useful if we observe how we can avoid superinfection. When, let’s say, our lungs are weak, and we do not want a bacterial infection to worsen the viral problem, antibiotics can be effective. It is worth using two types, penicillin and asitromicin derivatives. Augmentin is, for example, a type of penicillin and can only be prescribed by the doctor. Azitromicin is also an Azitromicin-derivative. You can also take Summa-Med or A-Sandoz, these are also prescribed based on weight, age, dosage. Doctors usually use these medications in case of those who cure themselves at home. We do not give out these information, but the present situation overrides everything.
Cough is a leading symptom, which means we have to relieve it. When choosing the cough suppressants we should make sure it does not cause catarrh because it prompts a new wave of coughs and has negative effects on the body and lungs.
Á: Does this mean that there are cough suppressants that cause catarrh in the body at the same time?
S: Yes, exactly, this is why we prefer to use Paxirasol; its dosage has to be individually set. Do not keep in any sneeze or cough, as it can lead to the rise and damage of blood and vein pressure, but scarring, a thrombus and closures can also occur. Consequently the breathing surface can rapidly decrease even to half of its size, which is going to cause problems later. Let’s let out our cough loosely, as if it was a strong exhalation, or you can also ease the impulse when it starts to rise; of course, not everyone is able to do that.
The rise of blood pressure and pulse belong into today’s last topic. These are worth to be kept at a normal level and avoiding demanding activities; jogging is also one of these! (Many say “I will stay healthy, a little jog can only do good for this little cough!”) Do not do it. You have to keep your body in a calm environment in order not to hurt the capillary circulation because if it ceases to exist, the tissues do not get oxygen. Mortification begins, and the brain will look like an 80-year-old’s, even if it is a 25-year-old’s brain.
Á: So we can state that if somebody is ill – no matter what type of disease it is – , it is prohibited to do sports, we have to take a rest.
S: Nobody who is sick should exert him or herself; it is a better idea to take a rest and lie in bed. Do not do any sports or demanding work, even if we do not have fever and feel well, saying, “Oh, I may only be a carrier”.
Á: Thank you very much, these information have all been very useful for all our community.
