About me...
I got into contact with the philosophy of yoga already at my birth.
My dad already practiced yoga in the 1970s, who inspired me to study yoga actively at the age of 13.
It has been present in my life for more than 30 years so far.
Besides the physical exercises, I have got deeper into yoga philosophy and got to know a number of Western and Eastern methods. All these can be strongly linked to one of the yoga branches.
