What did yoga give to you? How has it changed your daily routine?
What was great is that I didn’t have to overturn my daily agenda because it mobilized me twice a week during work, in the break. It was a pleasant feeling to do some exercise, but as aerobic classes turned out to be demanding, yoga was just enough. It is similar to prenatal training…. I could compare them like this, physical training involves the same elements.
How did you feel during and after doing the exercises?
My waist don’t hurt. I don’t know to what extent Bogi felt it, but she has been sitting or lying on the balls since I started to do exercises at home with balls. Sometimes, she is just lying on her back and pulling her legs… I hope she will be a huge sports fan, too!
Did you continue doing exercises after giving birth?
It was great that I inbuilt one class once a week, so I could train every week, and we could discuss when it didn’t fit into my timetable, so flexibility is also a very positive factor.
What do you think is the biggest advantage of prenatal yoga?
In short, it mobilized every body part very intensively, it was regular, punctual, predictable and could be fit into our very rapid lifestyle, so I found a very time saving way of training. Hopefully, I can thank the better handling of giving birth and pregnancy and my lively child to this, as she saw and felt then that mommy was doing something… Since then, she has been imitating and practicing everything!
