True Mom-stories, how a MoMYoga Club member mother sees the world

Mommy Márta: How does she ease herself by using the method she learnt at the Club

The club came to my life in a totally unexpected way. I like self-development workshops and books, and yoga was on my New Year bucket list. And out of a sudden, on Valentine’s Day, I discovered this club, discussed joining it with my partner, and got membership as a gift. 🙂 I found it appealing because it is not only about watching a video and doing the exercises but there is also a theoretic part lying behind the training. What’s more, it takes only 10 minutes.

I cannot highlight any favourite part, because I love it as a whole! For example, I can successfully apply breathing focus whenever my children drive me crazy – it works in 90% of these cases and helps me relax, while doing yoga exercises simply feel good. In the beginning, I even had muscle fever. 🙂

The programme is tailored to the needs of moms – entirely. It does not take hours from a day, while doing the exercises for 10 minutes are perfectly effective (if I do them regularly), and I have one week for the theoretical part. Reading it through once takes 5 minutes, though I usually read it more times to process it better.

Kata Földi-Szilvási, a four-kid-mom and her Transformation project

Kata spends time with deciphering and experiencing the curriculum. She has a background in yoga, so she also practises on her own, but practise is further strengthened by consciousness the Club regularly gives her.

You can read about Kata’s transformation with the MoMYoga Club here.

Mommy Adrienn became important to herself

I started doing yoga when I was quite out of my balance, and I consciously chose this kind of exercise. I found you then almost immediately. I did the programme gently, slowly and continuously until it became a habit.

Afterwards, what’s more, already during the programme, I felt a kind of relief; however, at first, it didn’t last for a long time, unfortunately.

Compared to then, my mood is way better and I don’t let external impressions affect me that much.

The philosophical part also made me think, and helped me internalise certain things and feeling.

It made me realise that I should be important to myself! And this is the best part, aong others. 🙂

I enjoy doing and practising yoga. I am a Libra anyway, which means peace and tranquillity are crucial to me.

Mommy Krisztina turned into a regular yoga practitioner and meditator

I first met the club in a Facebook ad. I read through the description and found it very likeable, so I decided to join. Since then, I practice yoga regularly, and I have been much more conscious since I joined your group. The theoretical parts are extremely captivating, and out of the practical parts, meditation and nadi shodanam gave me the most. I do not practice them every day (yet), but slowly I integrate it into my daily agenda. I also find it great that we work slowly and step by step; I always take out as many pieces from the club’s materials as many I feel I need at a given point of time. The guest presentations were also superb. 🙂

Mommy Bernadett joined for the peace of her soul:

My aim was searching for the peace of my soul, tranquillity and having a balanced personality. I’m a quite vehement person. I’d love if I could acquire a few practical breathing techniques. These are the factors that motivated my decision to join the club.
